MFL to relocate to larger space

Mozley, Finlayson, & Loggins is relocating to 1050 Crown Pointe. The law firm will occupy the entire 15th floor, or 17,719 square feet. It plans to move into the new space in June. Mozley, Finalyson, & Loggins is one of the oldest firms in the Central Perimeter and has been at the Premier Plaza since it was built in 1988. It occupies space at One Premier Plaza. Mozley, Finalyson & Loggins is also one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing law firms by revenue, according to Atlanta Business Chronicle. Jim Coyle is managing partner.

The law firm was represented in lease negotiations by John Flack, David Rubenstein and Bo Keatley of Savills Studley. Zach Wooten at PM Realty represented 1050 Crown Pointe owner KBS Realty. Laurie Harper has joined Cousins Properties Inc. as director of operations. In her new role, Harper will oversee Cousins Atlanta property management team. Harper’s prior title at Cushman Wakefield was director of asset services. Cousins Properties, which is headquartered in Buckhead, is Atlanta’s largest owner of office real estate with more than 6.6 million square feet.
