Real Estate Partner Andy Meyer represented the City of Dunwoody in successfully closing the sale of two medical buildings to a subsidiary of Emory Healthcare for over $7.7 million! This deal was a true testament to perseverance, as it took nearly three years to close due to various challenges including the COVID-19 pandemic and a ground lease expiration. Despite the hurdles, the City of Dunwoody was able to relocate tenants, pick up where they left off, and finally close the deal.
