After a successful oral argument, partner Arthur Park and associate Caitlin Amick obtained a favorable ruling for their client in a wrongful death case pending in Georgia, with the judge granting the defendant’s motion to bifurcate the negligent hiring claim, limiting the testimony of plaintiff’s expert, and denying plaintiffs’ motion for sanctions.
