John McKinley, Bridgette Eckerson, and Caitlin Amick successfully moved to exclude the opinion testimony of a plaintiff’s sole expert witness in a foodborne illness case pending in Georgia federal court. As a result of the successful Daubert motion, and after hearing an oral argument from Bridgette Eckerson, the court dismissed all of the plaintiff’s claims at the summary judgment phase.
