Arthur J. Park and Caitlin L. Amick successfully obtained partial summary judgment on behalf of their client in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The slip-and-fall case will no longer include claims for surgical expenses, lost wages, punitive damages, or attorney’s fees.
