Joining the firm as a partner in 2002, William Rawls II has expanded the firm’s practice areas by adding his many years of experience as a workers compensation attorney. He also brings to the firm a diverse civil litigation background in the areas of automobile accidents, premises liability, and other general liability areas of insurance defense. He has spoken on many topics in the workers’ compensation area and has participated in seminars on many areas of interests in the fields of general liability and workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Rawls was born in Columbus, Georgia, on February 15, 1958 and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1985. He graduated in 1981 from the University of Georgia with an A.B. in History and in 1985 from Walter F. George Law School, Mercer University. He is a member of the Atlanta (Member, Sections on: Tort; Workers Compensation) and American Bar Associations as well as member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
