Kristen Johnson joined Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins in 2006. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance coverage and bad faith. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2006 and the State Bar of Florida in 2011. In addition, she has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Ms. Johnson spent three years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection and Economic Crimes division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office. Ms. Johnson attended North Carolina State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Industrial Engineering. She received her J.D. from Emory University in 2006. During law school, Ms. Johnson was a managing editor for the Emory University International Law Journal. Ms. Johnson is involved in the Orlando community, serving on the boards of the Maitland Presbyterian Preschool, the City of Maitland Lakes Advisory Board and the board of the Language Learning Center, a non-profit which facilities English language classes for non-native speakers.
