Anne Landrum joined the firm as a partner in 2001 after 13 years of private practice in general liability defense. Ms. Landrum’s practice includes liability, being one of our best aviation attorneys, products liability, insurance coverage disputes and other liability defense matters. She has defended and counseled private and commercial property owners, non-profit corporations, religious institutions and their insurers on their duties and liabilities to tenants, guests, customers, members and employees for injuries arising out of negligent hiring and retention, negligent supervision, assaults and other dangerous conditions on property. Ms. Landrum has experience in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Between 1985 and 1988, she served as a state court prosecutor in the Clayton County Solicitor’s Office, where she gained extensive experience in courtroom litigation and appellate work.
Ms. Landrum was born in Augusta, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia where she received a B.A. degree in Advertising/Journalism. She received a J.D. degree from Mercer University Law School in 1985. Ms. Landrum served on the staff of the Mercer Law Review. As a first-year law student, she received awards for brief writing and oral argument. As a third-year law student, she worked as a law clerk for the Houston County District Attorney’s Office where she was approved to practice in superior court under the Third Year Practice Act.
Ms. Landrum is a member of the Georgia Bar and the Atlanta Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all state and superior courts of Georgia, and in federal district court in the Northern District of Georgia.
